VOLVO CANADA - Volvo Car Canada Ltd. reports sales of 805 vehicles for the month of August, a decrease of 27 percent when compared to the same month last year. Year-to-date, the company has sold a total of 6,853 vehicles in Canada, representing a decrease of 6.7 percent when compared to the same time last year.
Amidst persistent industry supply challenges,
demand for Volvo’s exciting lineup of plug-in hybrid and pure electric vehicles
remained strong, with the company’s Recharge models accounting for 28% of sales
Year-to-Date.
Volvo Car Canada’s pre-owned division,
Certified by Volvo, retailed a total of 323 units for the month, representing a
19% increase when compared to August of last year.
