NISSAN CANADA – Third edition of the 2020 Nissan Micra Cup Magazine is out with exciting highlights of this past weekends fifth and sixth of the 2020 championship at Circuit ICAR – marking the first time that the Canadian spec racing series hosted an event at Circuit ICAR track. The action-packed Nissan Micra Cup also saw its youngest driver Justin Arseneau, 15, qualify seventh for the first race and perform even better during the second session, placing fourth.
Fans can tune in to see all the race weekend highlights in the latest edition of the Nissan Micra Cup MAGAZINE and in the full recap release. All eight races of the 2020 Nissan Micra Cup will be broadcasted this fall onRéseauDesSports (RDS), marking a grand premiere for the Nissan Micra Cup. Each show will be 30 MINUTES long and will feature one race. The first show will be broadcasted Sunday, October 25, at 11:00a.m.(EST) on RDS2. THE FOLLOWING shows will go on the air at 11:00a.m. on November 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 and December 6 and 13.
The Nissan Micra Cup Magazine also includes interviews with Jacques Deshaies, journalist and promoter of the series, and Philippe Brasseur, publisher of the Canadian motorsport magazine Pole-Position as they talk about how the additional visibility will bring the series to a wider audience. The two will be hosting the programs on RéseauDesSports (RDS).
The Circuit ICAR race weekend is the third of four events in what is proving to be another successful season of the Nissan Micra Cup. The fourth and final event in the 2020 Nissan Micra Cup series event will be the Fall Classic, held at Circuit Mont-Tremblant in Quebec.
