2012 Dragon Ball Raffle Grand Prize Winner Awarded with Lexus Luxury

TOYOTA CANADA - Building on a successful marketing sponsorship for six years by Lexus Canada, the 23nd annual Dragon Ball presented a 2012 Lexus CT 200h as the Raffle Grand Prize to its winner last week.

The new Lexus CT 200h, a luxurious hybrid compact valued at more than $37,000 including taxes, was awarded to winner Christopher and Nancy Yen, who purchased the winning raffle ticket from over 10,000 that were on sale earlier this year.

"The Dragon Ball's grand raffle has always been an important part of the gala," said Michael Yap, Vice President of Yee Hong Foundation. "Every dollar raised from the raffle will help support programs and services at Yee Hong."

Joining Mr. Yap in the presentation ceremony was Helen Lu, member of Yee Hong Foundation Board of Directors, who has been a long-standing champion for driving raffle sales for the gala. She said, "The Grand Raffle has a special meaning attached to it, as it draws on community-wide support and participation in the quintessential fundraising event".

Larry Hutchinson, Senior Executive Director of Lexus Canada, says, "Lexus Canada and eight GTA Lexus Dealerships are proud to support the Dragon Ball, knowing the proceeds will benefit Yee Hong residents. We are also proud to deliver the fun-to-drive, fuel efficient CT 200h, the world's first luxury sportback hybrid, to the grand prize winner of this year's Dragon Ball Raffle."

The 2012 Dragon Ball Raffle offered four grand prizes. Other grand raffle prizes include a 7-night Caribbean cruise package for two, courtesy of Tour East Holidays and Air Canada; 18K White Gold set 21 Round Diamond with Top Clasp in Icy Green Jade; and an Antique Wood Carving coated with 18K Gold.
