"Fjallraven Classic was my way of getting Swedes out in the Swedish mountains," says Ake Norden, the founder of Fjallraven, "Now there are Scandinavians, Germans, Americans and people from as far as China."
Food and fuel are distributed at the six checkpoints and medical staff are available for support should participants require it. The grand prize includes flights, entrance fees, Fjallraven gear and a tent. For those who wish to rise to the challenge, visit the Volvo Cars of Canada Facebook fan page or visit the Volvo display at the Canadian International Autoshow next month in Toronto, or at the Vancouver International Autoshow in March.
