“Infiniti Personal Assistant” Offers 24-Hour Concierge Service as Part of the Infiniti Total Ownership Experience

INFINITI CANADA - Infiniti Canada announced the national launch of its complimentary Infiniti Personal Assistant, a new premium hospitality feature which provides new Infiniti owners with unlimited 24-hour access to a live team of professional assistants. Accessible primarily through the owner's mobile phone, either synched in-vehicle through the Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System voice command, or away from the vehicle, callers can ask for answers or assistance on a range of topics and tasks, including (but not limited to):

• Party Planning Advice
• Locating the Hottest Gadget or Hard-to-Find Products
• Dining Suggestions and Reservations

• Consumer Product Reviews and Price Comparisons
• Almost any question you can think to ask!

Infiniti is the first luxury automobile brand to offer this type of service in Canada. Infiniti purchasers are registered with the service before taking delivery of their new Infiniti G, M, EX, FX, JX and QX, and can begin utilizing the service immediately. Along with owners' cell phones, assistance is also available via e-mails, text messaging and online portals in both English and French.

"The new Infiniti Personal Assistant benefit is a wonderful addition to the Infiniti Total Ownership Experience, providing true 'anything, anytime, anywhere' concierge service with the personal touch of talking to real people, not some computer data site," said Wendy Durward, Director of Infiniti Canada. The Infiniti Personal Assistant is offered at no cost for the first four years of Infiniti ownership. In addition, four-year companion accounts (providing access from an additional phone number) are also available at a minimal cost, as are four-year Certified Pre-Owned and one-year Infiniti pre-owned vehicle accounts. Infiniti models equipped with Infiniti Connection have the option of connecting to Infiniti Personal Assistant through the vehicle directly in addition to using a mobile device.

The Canadian rollout of Infiniti Personal Assistant began earlier this month and is now available in all Canadian markets with services offered in both English and French. Top user topics to date have included directory assistance, dining suggestions and driving directions.
